Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Hamburg team to help us build and scale our customer experience. You will be the first point of contact and be the voice of the customer internally. This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to make an impact and is passionate about customer service!


  • Provide first-class support to customers (DACH Region) through different channels including chats, emails, calls, in-person meetings, etc.

  • Collaborate with product marketing and engineers to ensure feature releases or updates are communicated to users in a timely manner

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide customer feedback to product teams to help actively work on improvements

  • Plan and facilitate workshops or trainings for our users to improve adoption of the claimsforce product

To be successful in this role:

  • You are a quick thinker and a self-starter

  • You are an active listener, fast learner, and entrepreneurial by nature

  • Enthusiastic about technology and can translate it to simple language

  • Have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills (German and English)

  • Enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have:

  • Have experience with Intercom or similar CRM platforms

  • Previous experience or interest in SaaS products
